ATEEYA BEGUM – PRINCIPAL
Ateeya qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and became a sole practitioner in 2009. Since she qualified as a solicitor, she has experience in property law, probate, litigation, and dealing with the power of attorney. Ateeya heads the property team at Mantilla & Stonerwood Solicitors, has 20 years of experience in residential and commercial property, and is the overall supervisor of the whole property department. In addition to property law, Ateeya has extensive experience in litigation and probate law. She takes pride in providing a service that is not only professional but also friendly and dedicated, forging long-standing relationships with clients.

RANBIR PADDA – PARALEGAL
Ranbir joined the firm in 2010 after completing his GDL and LPC at the University of Law. Since then, he has gained almost 15 years of experience as a conveyancing fee earner. He focuses on Probate work and deals with applications for the Grant of Probate and Letters of Administration.

SAYEMA KHATUN – PARALEGAL
Sayema joined the firm in 2018 as an intern at Aston University. She later joined the firm as a paralegal in the conveyancing department after completing her degree in 2020. In 2022, Sayema became interested in qualifying as a solicitor and enrolled in the Graduate Apprentice scheme with the University of Law. Whilst studying, she remains an integral member of the firm, dealing with conveyancing clients on a day-to-day basis with her own file load under the supervision of the Principal.

SARINJIT SINGH BAHIA – CONSULTANT SOLICITOR
Sarinjit, also known as ‘Sat’, qualified as a solicitor in 1993 and has over 30 years of experience in Commercial Litigation, General Litigation, Family Law, and Probate Law. He regularly deals with complex litigation matters, including business, property, and commercial contracts.

SHAHINUR RAHMAN –PRACTICE MANAGER
Shahinur comes from a background where he has managed his own property portfolio business for about 20 years. He has managed his own lucrative companies and is highly skilled at managing the firm's day-to-day operations. He has attended several courses in business management and the Solicitors Accounts Rules.

VIVIENNE ARBLASTER – SECRETARY
Vivienne, more often known as Viv, has worked in the legal field since 17 (starting as a Junior). She has been providing support to solicitors for 43 years. She works closely with Sarinjit Bahia, offering not only secretarial support but also a great deal of assistance to all members of staff in terms of management
of workload.
