LASTING POWER OF ATTORNEY
We recognise that everyone’s circumstances differ, so we offer Limited or Specific Powers of Attorney for one-time transactions, such as signing documents or selling a vehicle, and Durable Powers of Attorney that remain valid even if you become incapacitated. Our Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA) cover financial and health matters and can be arranged individually or as a combined package. Fees are transparent:
